Bikku Bitti, also known as Bette Peak, is the highest mountain in Libya at 2,267 metres (7,438 ft).[2] It is located on the Dohone spur of the Tibesti Mountains in southern Libya, very near the Chad / Libya border.

Bikku Bitti is in one of the least known and least accessible parts of the Sahara desert.[3] Approaching from the Chad side, it was first climbed in December, 2005 by Ginge Fullen and his Chadian guides.[3]
